The Role
Enjoyed it greatly. Got to meet some wonderful people and work in an environment which challenged me.
I did feel valued. They didn't treat me any different and I felt welcome.
I could get help whenever I wanted. Very easy and not difficult to get help.
At the start I didn't have too much to do but that was expected. The work picked up and I felt it was a good balance.
Once the work started picking up I felt I got quite a lot of responsibility which I was surprised with.
I will definitely use the technical and soft skills such as communication I have learned in this internship. I have learned the importance of good team work.
The Company
Great atmosphere and good working environment. Everyone was friendly which made it easier to talk and communicate to get help.
Very well organised. Weekly communications from the team organising the internship so I and the other interns knew what was happening.
They wanted me to do the best I could do. I could attend the training courses that are regular and they encourage all full time employees to put in a certain number of hours training every year.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Financial Bonus
I got a job with them! Looking forward to it
The Culture
The interns were really easy to get on with and we went out regularly to get to know each other.
London is expensive.
London nightlife is brilliant. Need to experience it to believe it.
Regular company events which we were all invited to. Most teams also put on their own events.
