The Role
I've treasured this experience so much!
The labs have truly been a family to me, I love going to work!
I've received a lot of support but had to figure out early on how to do things by myself, something I've enjoyed.
I've been very busy, sometimes a bit too busy, but I don't mind too much.
I was pretty much running the labs!
I've learner so much about the professional world but also found out what I actually want to do when after uni.
The Company
I've loved the creative, interactive space I've worked in, it's so inspiring!
Very well done, I was lucky to get the role I got.
I've received training that has been meant for grads and I've received a lot of responsibility which has made me feel very valued by IBM.

Working from home
I really want to come back on the grad scheme.
The Culture
It's been great socially, I have met a lot of friends for life during my time here.
It's London so it's been very expensive, but that hasn't stopped the socialising.
A lot of bars and pubs around the office and the office was central so easy to go somewhere.
As long as you put yourself out there there are plenty.
