About You
The day was not very well planned out, our guest speaker seemed to have made her presentation on the spot. However, a great head of recruitment, who conducted a great "Assessment Centre" preparation for us!
Hard to say, was a short day.
Graduates were always around for help.
Assessment centre, skills were relevant!
The Company
Again, guest speaker seemed unprepared, as were the graduates.

Was achieved, more or less through Q&A
I don't think Lloyds are aware of their own culture yet, that being said the staff were friendly, with extreme enthusiasm from the head of recruitment.
Everything Else
During Lunch and throughtout the day.
Same as above.
None were emphaised, but I know Lloyds has a volunteering arm.
