About You
This was a memorable day and very informative. A lot of information was given into the bank and they were free to answer questions at any time.
A big extent. Lloyds made us feel welcome and like they wanted to have us there and in the future.
A lot. Each and every member of staff was really friendly and helpful.
I developed alot of skills as well as getting an insight into the banking sector. A mock assessment center was run which I thought was very useful for the near future.
The Company
The insight was very structured with the day planned very well. The activities flowed very well and all timetabled activities took place.
The atmosphere was an amazing one. I feel there were only positive vibes and I felt welcomed.
There was a mock assessment centre in which Lloyds gave us alot of knowledge and footpath on how it should be done. This was of particular use.
This insight helped me a big deal and gave me alot of information about the company. All/many of the different roles were explained and I thought it was particularly helped how current graduates there came to talk to us about their experience.
Information was given about the company culture.
This insight day was very valuable and helped me to confirm to myself that this is the right path I wish to take. It gave me full details of typically what it would be like to work there.
Everything Else
There was an opportunity to be reimbursed which was good.
It was lovely meeting other students from other universities and also other non-finance related degrees come into the banking sector.
Yes, there were alot of current graduates there who told us what they do outside of their working hours.
Definitely! I would say this was really informative and couldn't have been better for a one day insight.
