About You
In terms of what we were able to do, it was limited since it was a spring week but it was a great opportunity to learn about the company and the general atmosphere.
Everyone was really nice.
We had a buddy for the week and a lot of shadowing sessions with graduates so you got to meet them a lot and were able and welcome to ask a lot of questions.
I learnt about the group in particular and especially the products they offered.
The Company
There was a timetable given to us at the beginning of the week, with a mixture of shadowing and presentations. Some things went overtime but most of the time it went well.
Everyone was really friendly!
Our group project really helped us learn about the firm and develop our research and presentation skills.
Lots of shadowing opportunities.
Very flat, and welcoming. Dynamic company.
The variety of shadowing really gave us an indepth insight into what the job entailed and whether I thought I would be suitable for it.
Everything Else
It was unpaid.
Networking events throughout the week. (3 times plus lunches)
Always an opportunity to talk to people outside and inside networking sessions.
I didn't ask.
It's really helpful in letting you learn more about the financial sector and deciding what kind of job you would like in the future.
