The Role
I loved every single minute of my placement. Great company to work for!
Everyone is very frienly and welcoming. I worked in a really supportive department who immediately made me feel part of the team.
Senior Management have taught me a lot and have provided me with many opportunities to develop and excel in my role. All the projects I was looking after have been very challenging and rewarding!
There is always something to do. As I was working within 3 different departments I was kept busy all the time. In the rare occasions when I wasn't that busy I would go out there and asko for more opportunities to help out and further develop my skills.
The Company
The office is open plan which adds to the general friendly atmospehere Everyone is very supportive and approachable.
I was amazed by the amount of training and time they invested into myself and the other placement students. Really well organised!

Janssen-Cilag Ltd is a great company to work for and it would be great to come back! There is a graduate scheme in place.
The Culture
In comparison to Oxford, High Wycombe is a lot cheaper.
High Wycombe is alright but not great. However, the surrounding areas are really nice such as Marlow and Beaconsfield. Oxford, Reading and London are not that far either for a good night out!
