The Role
I've loved working there. I've found the work interesting and everyone has been very helpful.
Once I became practiced at certain tasks, they were passed to me more regularly.
We have a regular catch-up session with our manager.
I had plenty to, especially with the intern project.
I was trusted to do the tasks given to me, but obviously theres a limit to what I could be involved with.
I learnt lots that will help me in an actuarial career in the future.
The Company
There were plenty of social opportunities, and people in the office were always interested in what you were doing outside work.
It's run very smoothly.
They gave us enough training to be useful, and were always happy to answer any queries.
I hope to be offered the job!! I've loved my placement, and feel its the right job for me.
The Culture
We started with two days in London, and had a project to do, so we got to know each other quite well.
Its Birmingham, so fairly expensive.
Its Birmingham! Theres something for everyone.
There were several social events in the time I was there.
