The Role
I've really enjoyed my time here and have learnt more and been able to do more than I had ever thought!
Everyone made me feerl very welcome as soon as I arrived.
In general, if I needed help a manager would be around to help.
I had periods of not enough work and periods of too much but I was never bored and enjoyed all the work I did.
I was given enough to feel like I was useful and being productive, but not too much that I felt under too much pressure.
They will help me have an easier transfer from university to working life.
The Company
Friendly, but encouraged hard work.
Everything happened a bit late and last minute, but when I got here the rest was very nearly seamless.
They gave broad training at the beginning really encouraged us to learn a broad range of skills that would be useful in this career path.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
I would definitely work for Hewitt in the future if I was ever given the opportunity to.
The Culture
Everyone made an effort to get to know me outside the office as well as inside.
I had to live in my uni house, which isn't cheap, but I'm used to these living costs and socialising costs from term time.
I know it all very well from uni and have always enjoyed Bristol nightlife!
There were events organised quite often which was surprising for me and there was always a good turn out of people!
