The Role
It was ok. I had to cut back on my other job in order to do it. I do not feel that this cut in hours was worth it for this internship.
They were all nice people, but I feel instead of an intern they should have just employed a junior for their department.
Everything was very guided. There was not much room for initiative really. I would have liked more opportunity.
Quite bored. I had a few tasks but had a lot of time to do them in.
Everything was very managed and everything had to be signed off. The manager knew what she wanted before I got there, there was no room for any input. It was just unpaid work.
I had already finished my degree. I dont feel I developed many skills. It was an extra line on my CV which may have helped me get a further internship which was paid and I got much more out of.
The Company
Everyone was nice but nobody socialised after work or anything.
Again, ok but perhaps more thought into what the intern gets out of it not just what the organisation gets out of it.
Nothing that I can think of.
Subsidised Canteen
I applied for the graduate scheme whilst here and did not get past the first round and was told not to ask for feedback as to why.
The Culture
Everyone was nice but no socialising.
Ok but as it was unpaid things were tight.
I have no idea, I never stayed that late.
Nothing that I can recall.
