  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

    • I thought it was a great experience. The only downfall was that it ended so quickly!

    • Everybody was incredibly welcoming and it was clear that people genuinely enjoyed having us there.

    • There was time to talk to people separately, and the grad recruitment team were always there to answer questions.

    • Gave me a lot of information about the firm and the reasons that I would like to work there!

  • 5. How well structured was the insight?

    • We were given a timetable and it was mainly stuck to, which was good!

  • 6. How was the general atmosphere during your insight?

    • Great atmosphere and I really enjoyed meeting everybody.

  • 7. In terms of personal training and development, to what extent did the company or firm invest in you?

    • There was an ADR workshop etc which was great, but most of the sessions were more about the firm and the type of work that they do, which was what I hoped for!

    • Able to ask many questions and get truthful answers!

  • 9. How much did the insight help you in understanding the company culture?

    • Great way to see the atmosphere of the firm and it was great to be able to talk to people at the networking event and so forth, as I was able to get different opinions from people in different areas.

  • 11. Were you paid or reimbursed adequately for this experience?

    • Also had overnight stay and the networking event (Shard and food/drinks). Better than most firms!

    • Plenty!

    • I really enjoyed the Shard visit and food/drinks at Tower Bridge. Lovely evening!

    • Was able to find out about different diversity networks, sports teams, social events, team-building trips etc.
