The Role
It was a great year, with many great opportunities and people.
I did feel that I bring a value to my team and that they understand and respect the work that I am doing
Sometimes I felt a lack of supervision or communication in my team and with my manager.
Very busy; especially in the start of the month when it was monthly reporting and business review period.
A lot of responsibility; I had to produce reports without supervision and provide business insights.
I have learnt how to think outside the box and notice little details in reports that could predict user behaviour and patterns.
The Company
It was very quiet; people didn't really talk to each other. Sometimes it felt too quiet.
It was perfectly organised with loads of support and people who you could talk to if you weren't happy with your experience.
I believe that company invests a lot in young talent, providing opportunities to shadow managers from other business groups, as well as allocating mentors who are able to introduce you to new people and new experiences, as well as providing an opportunity to pass Microsoft Office exams for free.

I enjoyed my time here a lot, but I am not sure that this company is right place for me at this stage. Maybe after I will gain more experience I will come back as a full time employee.
The Culture
The general atmosphere was amazing; there was 120 interns this year, around 40 of them in London so we tended to go out for meals at least once a week. We also celebrated Halloween and Christmas all together. The company also took us on an intern off site, where all 120 interns were able to do volunteering work for UK Youth charity which was a great fun.
I was allocated to London office, so socialising and going out on regular days was very expensive. However, it is quite easy to find some places that do meal/drink deals or find vouchers online.
London's nightlife is an amazing experience, expensive, but still amazing.
There are truly endless opportunities where you can try yourself. This year I worked on EuroGamer Exposition at earls court dressed up as a zombie, volunteered for UK Youth Charity and also was part of Be Your Future Blog as My Intern Life video producer. I was also set up with a mentor from a different business group, who gave me an opportunity to shadow him and work for two days in his team to gain new experience.
