The Role
Very ncie work environment. Good atmosphere in the office and people were also sociable after work.
Always invited to the social activities.
Was light on work some of the time, particularly in the first couple of weeks.
Improved both general skills such as communication, leadership and how to behave around the office, and skills needed for the specific job.
The Company
Lively atmosphere, nice balance between people working productively and having a joke with eachother
Except for being light on work at the start (where I feel they could have had some work ready for us to do), everything was very well prepared.
On top of the induction days, we had weekly training sessions on a different aspect of the job.
Very good company to start your work life with.
The Culture
Various social events, football, cricket, meals out, poker nights, after work drinks without any unneccessary pressure to attend
Drinks especially were expensive, however the senior members of the team were always good about supplying you with free drinks which lead to a couple of free nights.
A few good pubs and bars in the area and only a short tube journey to the decent clubs.
