The Role
very diverse, always great fun
Everybody treated me like a valued member of the team
They were always there if I needed help, but were always very trusting and encouraged me to get on with things myself
as all jobs, went through hectic and busy periods, but generally was a very good balace
I was given the trust to run my own projects, but also involved in other colleagues' work to help out when needed
I got to learn and develop great skill set, and also met some great people. opened up many opportunities for me.
The Company
It was very supportive and friendly
GSK ran the recruitment and induction process very smoothly
loads of opportunites for further training
There is an opportunity to apply for fast track application for grad schemes at the end of my placement.
The Culture
I was in a group of 8 students in my office, as well as another 100 within the building, so always loads of things to get involved with
outskirts of london, so not as bad as the centre, but most socialising was done in the city so still expensive. worth it though!
very little around where the office is, but only 20 mins on the tube to Covent Garden, so not difficult to get to decent clubs/bars
Many different possibilities
