The Role
Fantastic opportunities from start to finish, great team ethic, genuinely sad to have left!
Responsibilities were distributed well within the team, felt like a job rather than a spare part. Strengths were enhanced and weaknesses were worked on.
Regular 1-2-1's with line management to keep track of progress and discuss further opportunities to explore.
Always within my remit to take on more and more. Workload was managed well and never in short supply.
Numerous opportunities to present and lead initiatives, responsibility had to be earned.
Formed the foundation of my career, both with soft and hard skills, took the knowledge into my final year studies.
The Company
very relaxed atmosphere between colleagues, however the expectation was always to provide best efforts.
The combination of my university program and the objective structure of Mundipharma worked well in order for me achieve both goals from university and also goals in line with organisational objectives
Investments made were equal to all opportunities provided to employees. There were numerous in house courses available from soft skills to core industry knowledge.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
International Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
With the development opportunities and in house recruitment at the core, employment prospects within Mundipharma were always strong.
The Culture
fantastic atmosphere with regular social events and outings.
Student wage was ample for cost of living having shared with other students - the arrangements for which were all aided by mundipharma. Even able to save during the year
It is what you make of it but with Cambridge being a student town there were plenty of entertaining venues to keep me busy.
I found many of the employees at Mundipharma were actively involved in local clubs providing me a link to get involved in numerous sports.
