The Role
Project was constained by the merger with AON but this was unforseen so could not of been avioded. I would of like more scope to make changes within the company but I understand how my motivation to change thnigs can be unrealistic in Hewitt.
My line manager [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was excellent and a pleasure to work for even though he is not based in the London he has made every effort to have continious communication and even coming up to London for a couple of days a week shows his committment to the CSR interns. Others that I emailed or called during my placement have been very willing to help and have repsonded quickly to my requests.
[This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] My line manager has a million and one things on his plate and has given us so much help taking the current situation in to account.

Having developed a huge amount of skills this year I thought that maybe I would just be using the same ones. I was proved wrong striaght away as there is a certain tac to dealing with people and getting people to change their office culture is a very hard thing to do. It has definately been a positive expereince for me where I have developed various skills which I did not have before I started the intern.
The Company
The atmosphere is dry and it could do with some plants and some imagery in order to make it a more relaxing environment. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]
Very well organised, my first couple of meetings were planned and I even has a buddy which I could always rely on. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyPlacement Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]
The project was based around our own initiative and motivation so there was no personal development or training.
CSR is not huge at Hewitt and therefore unlikely to be given a job offer. With the marger happening their maybe opportunities but we will have to wait and see.
The Culture
Poker night plus being invited out a couple of times by those around me did make me feel more comfortable and relaxed.

Really nice area to work with great places for a relaxing drink after work.
Apart from a couple of socialising events nothing else was mentioned.
