About You
Great environment, really enjoyable and learnt a lot
EY made us feel highly valued as it was clear that they invested time and money into us
Constant support and guidance
Learnt new things about myself
The Company
Very well structured
Great atmosphere - everyone was very friendly and welcoming
We had three full days of personal training/development
The focus was more on personal development, however, having people from the firm around us all the time meant that we could ask questions and learn about what it is like to work at EY
see above
Everything Else
Everything at the hotel was paid for and travel was reimbursed
There was a facilitator from EY on every team and we had networking events in the evening, including a partner dinner
Lots of networking opportunities with EY employees and other interns
Learnt about them through the EY employees
Great for learning about yourself, about EY and about what service line you would like to work in. It's also really fun and you meet loads of new people!
