The Role
Overall I have loved working at Vauxhall, everyone is so nice and welcoming and all the other undergrads are great.
Everyone is so easy to get along with. I felt instantly welcomed and made to feel part of the team straight away.
My supervisor was always at hand if needed.
I always had a steady work flow, which was manageble but kept me busy which was good. If i ever needed more to do I could ask and help out with something else and if i ever had too much to do, i was able to ask for help.
In my office there was only 2 other people, therefore i had a lot of responsibility. I managed lots of different events and ran a summer recruitment programme which was a lot of responsibilty.
I receievd presentation training, interview training, and excel training. I have also developed in my professionalism and grown in confidence which will surely help in my future careers.
The Company
The atmosphere was mostly good. Always had a good laugh.
The handover period was really good. We were given a housing booklet so housing was really easy to find.
I have receievd training in excel, interview and presentaion.

Vauxall do not have a strong graduate programme and tend to hire on a need basis.
The Culture
Everyone got on really well and we always went out together and had a couple of big house parties, so overall was very good.
Rent was fairly cheap, only being 340 pounds including bills. Going out in luton is also very cheap!
Luton is a funny night out, but not much going on there. However London is only half an hour or so on the train which is great and we also have harpenden and St.Albans near by which are also decent. Watford is also close, so lots of oppurtunities to go out in different places. London being my favourite.
There are some oppurtunities to get invloved in activites. Charity events are big at Vauxhall and i got to take part in london to brighton with the Vauxhall team
