The Role
Lots of responsibility, got to shadow people accross the company and get a real insight into where i want to go when graduating, extremely helpfull!
Everyone always appreciated help, worked with many people who helped me to help them.
manager sat next to me for the year, very good as questions could be thrown back and forward.
Enough work to push my boundaries and help me to develop, not too much to keep me working late every day.

Excel training and presentation training extremely helpful for career and returning to uni!
The Company
Some quiet days, some very busy days, all in all a lot of fun with some down time!
Some teething problems with handover but once past that the management was excellent and knew what was expected of me and when.
Didn't waste money by giving placement students cars etc, however provided plenty of equiptment to excel in daily tasks and develop

The Culture
100 undergrads, mixed well and there is always going to be some people you enjoy spending time with with so many people!
Very cheap, was able to save plenty of money for uni
Luton not great but Watford, London etc was brilliant.
Sports clubs etc, organised in house, fantasy football, manicures, pedicures etc.
