The Role
Enjoyable at times but long hours & lack of breaks.
Told by assistant manger just an inter on a regular basis and told would be sacked along-side this.
Manger gave very good support, however assistant only gave support to look good in front of people.
Too busy nearly all time. Told could not have any break in 10 plus hour days by mangement even though they have had smoking/ lunch breaks.
Given responsibility through need but not time to correctly carry them out.
My skills have developed a great deal as I have been put in oppositions where I have no choice to sort myself.
The Company
Manger & assistant manger always fighting. Favourtism to other trainee through out the year.
Head office training brilliant but other methods do not make it to branch.
See as just an inter by members of staff within branch but again totally different at head office.
Quick promotion if get support to complete folder.
The Culture
Never not at work to do any social activities.
Cheap
Quite in winter.
Limited opporunties.
