The Role
Large amount of responsibility given & a very enjoyable social side.
Always took interest into personal issues and what I was doing with myself.
Manager was always there to help with both work and personal issues.
I had a perfect balance of project based work and ongoing daily activities which meant I was never short for work but never rushed off my feet.
Full time job role which should have been done by a full GM employee.
Progression of skills has clearly been noted by myself and others.
The Company
Could be too quiet at times.
Very good structure and clear job responsibilities within the organisation.
Training sessions from excel to presentation skills benefited my personal development.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Very low graduate intake.
The Culture
Always something to do and there are about 75 undergraduates to meet and go out with.
Very cheap but not the most attractive.
Not a lot of things to do - however, at a cost you can travel to London, Watford & St. Albans very easily.
There were a lot of charity events & social events which I was able to take part in which make the experience just more than a 9-5 job.
