About You
Being able to come from the U.S. and getting to know people who work and go to school in the U.K. was an experience I truly appreciate, especially since I am intend on working in the U.K.
The students, facilitators, and the leadership specialists were extremely supportive in getting out of our comfort zone and trying out different leadership styles.
I got insight from other students, the facilitator, and the leadership specialists during the entire week!
The ideas about leadership were very practical and they are something I can apply to my life right now.
The Company
All major expenses were paid for so I had very little to worry about.
Speaking with the EY staff was very insightful. They were very willing to talk about their experience with the company and since everyone had a different story, learning about them was very interesting.
It seems that EY is very open to accommodating people's personal desire to work in different countries.
Everything Else
We were constantly around EY employees who wanted to share their experience.
I loved the drumming workshop!
Some spoke about the different networks they are in within EY, like the Women's Network. Others spoke about interests that they do after work.
I already have told some friends to apply for next year's Leadership Academy!
