The Role
Very interesting industry to work in. Didn't have much interest in the industry before joining Vauxhall, now something I am quite passionate about.
At no point have I felt like a temporary employee. Welcomed and relied upon since day 1.
Daily one on one meetings with my line manager.
Work load varied day to day depending on factors. But always something to do.
Very much an analysis role advising key decision makers. However data you provide very much influences the business decisions made.
Developed a variety of skills which I will rely on in the future both at university and in my future job.
The Company
Very friendly office atmosphere. Outside of the undergraduate scene wasn't much happening, Christmas time being the obvious exception!
Very well organised. Handover schedules organised well, as well as a personal mentor if required.
Handover with previous undergraduate in role. As well as training workshops like presentation and safe driving.

Graduates are recruited as and when required, no firm graduate scheme in process.
The Culture
Over 100 people including apprentices mean plenty of parties.
Very cheap. Rent 360 a month. Very cheap socially when you consider proximity to London.
Although very cheap, Luton is poor. However neighboring Luton is Harpenden, St Albans, Watford and London which provide excellent night life.
Other than sport not a lot appealed to me. However there were theatre trips among others.
