  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • The scheme was very flexible to enable individuals to get the most out of their time at Deloitte. Staff were always helpful, supportive and happy to answer questions and the firm clearly values the scheme highly.

    • Inevitably at my grade I was unable to complete many of the tasks of other employees however, despite this disadvantage I was made to feel welcome and given helpful guidance and advice

    • As a lot of the work is project based, at times I had a lot of work and at others not enough. I understand the reasons for this and it was never a problem.

  • 7. What was the general atmosphere in your office?

    • Serious at times but again this is understandable. Everyone was friendly and chatty when appropriate

    • The firm has a strong focus and commitment on the scheme and there was always work designated to me and the other vacaction students

    • As previously mentioned the firm is very committed to nurtutring talent and put the individual's career first. I felt this even as a vacation student
