The Role
The work is varied but complicated. Alternatively, sometimes there is not any work that can be delegated to an untrained intern.
My colleagues treated me very well and made me feel part of the team.
Everyone was there to help if I had any questions. No question was considered stupid or unnecessary
At times, it was difficult to delegate work for me but on the whole, I was fairly busy.
I feel I was given an adequate amount of responsibility given my skills and experience were limited.
I feel like I have developed skills which will be invaluable in the future, especially the work place. The training at the beginning based at a hotel will be very useful for both my degree and my career
The Company
Everyone was friendly and got on well
It was very well planned throughout. I always knew where I was meant to be and who I should report to.
They invested a huge amount of time to make sure we were in a good position to work effectively. Also, a great deal of money was invested in a great stay at a hotel for three nights involving interactive training courses.
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
If you show and interest and work hard, you have a very good chance of getting a job
The Culture
It was sometimes difficult to stay in touch because we were all at different client sites
Wide variety
Birmingham has great nightlife
There were a number of sporting and social events available as well as the audit away day.
