    • Valuable year which provided me with endless amount of HR experience

    • There is a considerable amount of support from any level of management and you are also provided with a mentor throughout the year

    • My job role is very busy and however much you want to get involved in you are given the opportunity to do so

    • You are given as much as a full time employee and make a real contribution to the business
