The Role
Really fun, a busy job that I enjoyed
Everyone is really friendly, and I feel like part of the team
Monthly one-to-ones, and always people available to answer questions if I needed them
Sometimes the work was slow so I didn't have much to do, but most of the time the balance was right
Interns do the same job as graduates. It's really great to actually be doing a real, useful job and feel like you're making a difference
I have so much more confidence now after a year, it's amazing!
The Company
There's always laughter and people genuinely enjoy the work
There are lots of interns, and the company really knows what it's doing!
I sat loads of training courses, and even taught some! Training in organisational and presentation skills is also given
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Company Parties/Events
It's really flexible depending on what you want to do
The Culture
Everyone goes to the pub together
Fairly high but covered adequately by the salary
Lots of pubs, but no clubbing to speak of
There's usually something to do - pub quiz, events, projects
