The Role
I enjoyed the role however it was slightly repetitive, development would have made it more enjoyable and engaging.
Point of contact within the team, I was a valuable team member.
Good levels of support and guidance, this varied with a change in manager halfway through my year.
Varying working load day by day as I was supporting the weekly cadence system.
Good levels of responsibility were given so I could show my capabilities.
Definitely skills for life, it has made me a more employable and contentious individual.
The Company
Sometimes a lonely atmosphere as half of my team were located in a different office.
Very good, also worked on developing personal skills to make us more employable in general.
