The Role
I found my placement very enjoyable
I've become good friends with a lot of my colleagues and I felt that they valued me as a fellow member of staff
Both my manager and marketing coordinator were always on hand to give me guidance and assistance
Good balance
Moderate level of responsibility
I've learnt a huge amount, all of which I will take into my final year at University and beyond
The Company
On occasions it was quite dull and boring but I never expected an office an environment to be overwhelmingly fun
Very well organised
I received CRM Training. I was relatively fluent in all other day-to-day programmes so there was little or no need for extra training.
Maybe
The Culture
None really
Commuting cost a lot of money
I'm not a huge fan of Birmingham
Didn't really consider any activities other than going to the gym
