The Role
At first I really struggled to fit in and find out where I was best placed, but as time has gone on I have enjoyed it more and more.
Some people gave me more feedback than others
I had help from various people within the company which expanded my skill set.
In accounting it is always pretty similar, with two weeks out of the month being quiet and the rest are quite busy, so it depended on what time of the month it was.
I had different roles from different people in the office which gave me more responsibility
Before coming to my placement I had very little knowledge of finance and accounting and now I can go back to uni with a whole set of new skills.
The Company
As work declined the atmosphere didnt improve as much however overall everybody was always really helpful and friendly.
A lot more organisation is needed if another placement student is to come into the business.
They could help me as much as they could.
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Company Parties/Events
If there is enough work and a job going I would defiitely come back and work here.
The Culture
I met a lot of good new friends since being here.
As Bristol is a student city nothing was overly expensive.
Bristol as a city is briliant.
I have always been very busy since working here out of work.
