The Role
The internship was very enjoyable because there was always a variety of things to do. I never had a chanceto get bored.
Everyone was so nice and welcoming which made the working environment much more fun.
Whilst management was around they were always willing to support and guide me. It's good that if you needed their help they would not hesitate to assist you.
Working on my strategic project, my personal objectives as well as learning the role left no time for me to sit around and be bored.
I was given alot of responsibility to work on my own personal projects. But understandably in the branch I never had much responsibility.
The eight week journey has developed me in ways I never knew possible. It has highlighted my strengths and areas for development which will no doubt play an important part in my final year at university.
The Company
Always a positive, happy and friendly environment.
Some people did not know who or what interns were, but on the whole the majority of managers and area directors expected and prepared for us.
They could not have invested any more time, effort, training and personal development.
Company Parties/Events
I really want to work for the company. However I am unsure of what department.
The Culture
The company organised various networking and social events which were good opportunities.
London is generally expensive however I live here so I am used to it.
Lots of it!
Interns regularly met up with each other as well as the graduate specialists organising activities such as dragon boat racing.
