The Role
A lot of training and support mechanisms were provided during this internship and there was also a lot of variation on a day to day basis. This made the whole experience enjoyable.
As time went by, I felt more and more valued by my colleagues.
There was almost continuous support and guidance available.
This varied a lot, and was dependent to some degree on how proactive I was as an intern in terms of looking for things to do.
There was a lot of resposibility given to me to manage my project.
There was very much a focus on training and development during this program. Also, we were expected to show initiative and be proactive in what we did, which very quickly develops skills.
The Company
My colleagues were very supportive and friendly throughout.
There was a lot of structure to the internship
There was a lot of effort made to invest in our personal training and development.
There is a possibility of getting onto a very competitive and highly rated graduate scheme at the end of the internship.
The Culture
There was a decent social scene.
London prices!
Mediocre.
Slightly better than average.
