  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I enjoyed the internship overall. Even though there is a lot of space for improvements within the program.

    • As i was placed at a branch, and it seemed like the branch didnt know i was joining them. so they didnt really know about me and there wasnt any occasion to let myself introduce to them formally.

    • the management has been great. it was really easy to communicate with them!

    • most of the time i wasn't busy at branch and the branch itself wasnt prepared to delegate me any real jobs

    • there wasn't much responsibility within the branch. however I took full responsibility on completeing the project work.

    • Leadership skills, working independently on a project and master classes all matched up well

    • Organisation was very good overall, expect I guess few communications gaps between the head office [management] and my branch
