The Role
Some of the tasks were a bit boring but on the whole the majority of the activities were great
People were unbelievably helpful for the whole internship, I was treated almost as an equal by senior managers, directors and partners
Any question or concern I had was almost instantly answered but they would also give me the freedom to understand at my own pace before I had any issues.
Some days ended past 6.30 but on the whole it was a good amount.
There was only a couple of tasks where I was genuinely in charge of the result of the audit.
The knowledge and training I received has definitely given me real insight about the industry.
The Company
Very relaxed atmosphere, everyone enjoying themselves and lots of office banter.
Usually got an email and background information prior to any job I was doing.
Sufficient amount of training to understand the tasks and additional help whenever I needed it
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
A fantastic organisation to work with.
The Culture
Colleagues and students were very friendly and active, had something to do every day.
London is ridiculously expensive
The majority of the good areas were about a 15-20 minute walk or 5 minutes by tube
Considering it was just 3 weeks there wasn't that much time to do any activities out of work
