The Role
At Enterprise nearly all the training that you recive is on the job training. It pushes you out of your comfort zone and really gets the most out of the individual.
The enterprise enviroment is a fun friendly place to work I have made some great friends
I work with my manager every day as wlel as my assistant manager who both give me all the support. I then also have direct contact and regular meetings with my area manager, helping me learn what I need to know.
Enterprise is a very fast paced enviroment to work in, with a lot going on. It makes the day move very quickly but teaches you how to deal with high paced enviroments.
Once I was half way through my training you start to run the office with the support of you manager. It is quite a daunting prospect but once you get use to it, it is all good experience.
I have learnt a hugh variety of skills while doing this job. Communication, problem solving and multi- tasking skills, just to name a few, have developed hugely.
The Company
Due to working with the same people on a daily basis, it is always a laugh and people all get on very well.
It is a very structured placement scheme. It is based around a training file and means that it helps keep you on track to get the most out of your placement.
We had various trips to head office whereby we would be taken out for lunches with the group managers as well as lots of financial bonuses for hitting targets.
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Once all the management training is completed it means that I can come back and work for Enterprise when I graduate which takes the pressure off my final year.
The Culture
There were various different nights out and weekends with staff memebers, raning from the whole group night out, area nights out and lots of branch meals out.
Enterprise made it possible by placing me near my home which meant that I can live at home, saving me money.
As I was living at home it meant that a lot of my friends were in the area.
I continued to meet lots of people through work at various different social events.
