The Role
Relevant training was given.
Some days more than others (For example month end)
I felt I was able to leave my mark on the company processes.
Valuable experience that I can build on throughout my career.
The Company
Some floors have a more casual attitude in comparison to others.
A couple disruptions to the initial placement plan of a 6 month split.
Quarterly training to develop key skills such as communication and presentational.
Flexi Time
Subsidised/Company Gym
Above 25 days holiday
The Culture
Fairly cheap as there are quite a fair few students around the town.
Coventry isn't too good but Birmingham and Leam Spa are worth the travel.
Opportunites arise from prize draws and depending on the depatment you work within.
