    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • It's a really great experience and amazing company to work for. There's the perfect work life balance and really cool culture.

    5/5

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • You are given full responsibility and get to own not only your work but any projects you take on. So are a valued member of the team.

    5/5

  • 3. To what extent were you given support and guidance by management/your supervisor(s)?
  • Managers are always on hand for support but mine was extremely laid back and not that involved with the scheme, so they weren't great in terms of helping me network and driving me to come back on the graduate scheme. You can however reach out and get mentors who are great support and help with anything you need.

    3/5

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
  • You control your workload and how busy you are. If you're quiet reach out and take on a project.

  • You able to do Microsoft specialist exams for free which is great but you're unable to do a lot of the in person trainings available to full time employees which is a shame.
