The Role
It's a really great experience and amazing company to work for. There's the perfect work life balance and really cool culture.
You are given full responsibility and get to own not only your work but any projects you take on. So are a valued member of the team.
Managers are always on hand for support but mine was extremely laid back and not that involved with the scheme, so they weren't great in terms of helping me network and driving me to come back on the graduate scheme. You can however reach out and get mentors who are great support and help with anything you need.
You control your workload and how busy you are. If you're quiet reach out and take on a project.
Lots you are a fully integrated member of the team,
They help you put theory in to practice and you gain experience on a global scale which is invaluable.
The Company
Manager dependent.
You able to do Microsoft specialist exams for free which is great but you're unable to do a lot of the in person trainings available to full time employees which is a shame.
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Subsidised/Company Gym
National Travel
Financial Bonus
Company Parties/Events
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
Healthcare from home
I would definitely come back!
