  • Support was given all the way, and as an inexperienced member of the team it was nice to work under a philosophy of getting things done rather than perfect.

  • Busy, but it was always with work that I enjoyed. There are a lot of opportunities to do projects that you enjoy in your Intern year.

  • 5. How much responsibility were you given during your placement?
  • Ran a support project for all Microsoft's corporate customers in the UK, which was rolled out in the US and Europe after only 3 months. I was pushed in the right direction by my manager but he gave me free rein to talk to Senior Business Managers and get this adopted globally.
