  • greatly. it is amazing how much support you do get and the capability to develop both personally and professionally.

  • Very! being in a corporate environment will always make your day busy. But at the same time it is how you utilise that time with not only your role but other stretch projects too. I took on various stretch projects during the year so my day was busy but always fun, thought provoking and creative

  • After initial training you are then developed to take on projects from smaller to bigger ones throughout the year

  • The work ethic you can take away from being at Microsoft is insane. Keeping up that drive and determination is what differentiates you from other non placement students
