The Role
Loads- as I was able to do things outside of my job role and the intern social network is so much fun!
Highly as interns get real responsibility and recognition for example many stakeholders voluntarily send direct feedback to your manager- which is always a great surprise!
You gain support from you managers but also from mentors.
I was involved in many projects some that were fully led by me and released across the business and even externally. This responsibility becomes very motivating and highlights the trust Microsoft has in you.
You learn more transferable skills as an intern that at uni!
The Company
Friendly open plan offices.
It is up to you how much you utilise the programmes and people around you for personal development as Microsofts culture is open and people are happy for you to approach them.

Working from home
The Culture
Amazing- we had regular intern nights out and you make long term friends!
There are 101 teams where you can work in teams to achieve real results and their are many societies for sports and more!
