The Role
:D
As an intern you get quite a lot of feedback. Microsoft believe in giving credit when credit is due
As much as i needed
Quite busy. But thats because I decided to take more projects and get involved with Mentors
Youre given as much responsibility as you want. As the year progressed I found myself looking for more projects to take on. The decision is on you
Same subject - So a little bit
The Company
Most of my colleagues were at customer sites
Its the 4th year my department has taken an intern They know how to structure it
They sent me to some courses that feel might be useful to the role. They are adding another course for next years intern
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Subsidised/Company Gym
Staff Sales/Staff Shop
Working from home
There is an opportunity to APPLY for the graduate scheme but no DIRECT path to being hired. That is probably the most disappointing part of the scheme
The Culture
Yes, every Thursday night
Reading isnt too bad. Not too expensive, not too cheap
Thursday night is the night!
