  • As an intern you get quite a lot of feedback. Microsoft believe in giving credit when credit is due

  • Quite busy. But thats because I decided to take more projects and get involved with Mentors

  • Youre given as much responsibility as you want. As the year progressed I found myself looking for more projects to take on. The decision is on you

  • Most of my colleagues were at customer sites

  • Its the 4th year my department has taken an intern They know how to structure it

  • They sent me to some courses that feel might be useful to the role. They are adding another course for next years intern

  • 11. How appealing are future employment prospects within the organisation?
  • There is an opportunity to APPLY for the graduate scheme but no DIRECT path to being hired. That is probably the most disappointing part of the scheme

  • Yes, every Thursday night

  • Reading isnt too bad. Not too expensive, not too cheap

  • Thursday night is the night!

  • Many after work clubs. Including Skiing!
