The Role
Incredible 13 months with so many opportunities to get involved in projects outside my day-to-day role.
I felt very included in the team and valued for my work that I have done.
My manager has been fantastic, she has helped me in all areas particularly in growing my confidence and opening up opportunities to work on my areas of experience.
It started slowly whilst I was ramping up but after the first month or so I felt comfortable in my role and was starting to take on work outside of my day-to-day role
As time has gone on I have been given more and more responsibility.
I have learnt so much through formal and informal training and experience on the job, I will take so much away from my year here.
The Company
There was always time for a joke and several socials were organised using the morale budget. I felt like there was a good work social balance within my team.
Almost everything ran smoothly!
I attended several formal training sessions and also got involved in other less formal training. I had the ability to learn a lot about technology, the company products but also myself and personal development.

Working from home
There is a pathway and structure but it is hard to get on the grad scheme considering its popularity. There are other entrance possibilities but I don't feel confident about coming back
The Culture
London is expensive! Living at home made it easier for me though :)
London has some of the best nightclubs in the country.
I didn't get involved in many outside activities but there were a fair number of opportunities available.
