The Role
Loads of responsibility and visibility
I don't feel like an intern at all, I feel like a normal employee
I have had two different managers and they are both supportive, but they were both part time so a lot of time I spent working on my own
Some days I was ridiculously busy and some days I would leave early- but that is encouraged as long as you get your job done
So much responsibility, some times my managers would come to me to see what work they could do
I have developed a lot, I feel more mature
The Company
It depends who was in, but you can work from where you want to
Well organised
There are opportunities there, but it is up to you to take them
Flexi Time
Subsidised Canteen
Sports and Social Club
Company Parties/Events
Above 25 days holiday
Working from home
Healthcare/Dental
Travel loan
There are opportunities to take, but I think I will move on
The Culture
It was ok
Expensive compared to 'the north' that I am used to
It was very average in Reading on a Friday
So many opportunities for stretch projects and charity events etc
