The Role
It was a great year, with so many opportunities in and outside of my role.
I was treated like part of the team throughout the internship.
My manager was very supportive throughout the year, as well as given mentors inside and outside of my team, and senior leadership team mentors, who I could contact with any questions.
Each week was very different, some week were crazy busy, when others were quieter and gave me a chance to catch up.
I was given a lot of responsibility, with my own partners and customers to manage, and my results impacted my teams scores.
I developed so many skills over the year, from communication within my roles and meeting new people, and also all the extra training and projects to get involved in outside of my role, like presenting to schools and running fundraising events.
The Company
The atmosphere in the office was generally very good, however some weeks were very quiet with the team working from home or away on holiday.
The internship programme was very well organised, with lots of training. Very good intern community
I was able to attend training in different countries, and really given everything to succeed for the year.

There are a lot of opportunities to come back into the company, on the graduate scheme, or as a full time employee, or contractor.
The Culture
There was a great social scene, with 118 interns there was always something going on.
The cost of living wasn't too expensive considering we're based 25 minutes from London.
Nightlife was okay, there was clubs, none were the best, but all depends on the company your with.
Could get involved in loads of opportunities outside your role, with events and launches etc.
