The Role
Always a welcoming place which made working relativly relaxed. Ability to be instinctive aided in easy working life.
Close relationship gained with working in small teams however social events and cross office working/communication aided in being made to feel valued
Support and guidance was always readily available however iniciatve was encorauged
Working hours could be extensive however introdution of new sytems made workload managable, always more work available
I was encoraged to take on as much responsibilty as possible, with tasks that I would be solely responsible for
Learnt a lot which will help me with future working life however acedemic skill were not tested or developed.
The Company
Individuals could often become stressed due to client facing nature however being laid back enable comfotable working enviroment
Felt as if I was not on placement but a permement member of staff

Company is young and as long as you are willing to work hard promotion should be easily posible
