    The Role

  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?
  • I have had an awesome year at Microsoft with a huge amount of opportunities on offer and potential to grow. I have matured as a person in just one year working at Microsoft and have learnt more in my one year at Microsoft than any other year. Most of all the people and culture is awesome!

  • 2. To what extent did you feel valued by your colleagues?
  • My team treated me as a full time employee giving me real responsibility with business impacting results. Work hard play hard is a theme at Microsoft and I was fortunate enough for my team to treat me as one of them, rewarding me for my work through recognition and further opportunities.

  • My sub-manager has been amazing. I meet with him on a weekly basis to discuss my work and personal development to increase my employability.

  • 4. How busy were you on a daily basis?
