  • 1. To what extent did you enjoy your work placement or internship?

    • I haven't met a single person who'd say working for Microsoft is anything but amazing. The internship in particular is a great mix of having just the right amount of responsibility and also having the exposure to the wider business. Amazing atmosphere and people too.

    • Atmosphere's great. Of course there are days when everyone's very busy, but everyone tends to find the time for a quick chat or a laugh.

    • The internship is organized in way that you get the most out of your year at Microsoft. You get exposure to the wider business, get to learn a lot about the company and also have the opportunities for networking with people from all over the business.

    • Depends where you are based. The interns based in Reading enjoy quite reasonable costs of living and socializing.
