The Role
Challenging and hard work, but also stimulating.
Made to feel very welcome. The employees were very supportive and always willing to help.
Very good support and guidance. Regular contact with manager.
Most of the time it was just right. Occasionally very busy or quite quiet, as you might expect.
I was working on real work for real clients, which was checked by more senior employees before being used by clients or the company. Responsibility for producing accurate work.
It may not help much in my degree, because it is relatively unrelated, but it has developed skills for life - teamwork, knowledge of what it is like to work for a large financial firm, dealing with pressure and responsibility for work, people skills.
The Company
Hard work but a good and lively group, friendly, good socially too.
Very well.
A significant amount of training and time devoted to my development. Couldn't have asked for much more in this respect.
Flexi Time
Company Parties/Events
I don't know whether I'll have a job with them yet, but certainly a very appealing company to work for in the future.
The Culture
Great bunch of people to go out with, good social scene.
As expected.
Pretty good.
