The Role
You have a great deal of responsibility in your role yet flexibility to tailor it with stretch prgrammes.
Your actions are always important to the business and sector you are in. People are relied on you a lot with helps motivate you and learn.
Everybody wants you to learn as much as possible and encouraging to get the most out of your time here.
Some aspects of the role are stressful- it is an extremely fast paced company and your responsibility goes hand in hand with this. You are never overwhelmed but you do feel the pressue.
Most of all I have developed a great work ethic and motivation.
The Company
A very happy and cheery workspace. Everybody is friendly and willing to help.
Very well structured and a great support network.
In terms of training- there wasn't much formally. You do learn a lot from colleague's and managers etc. However, a great emphasis is put on personal development where you are assigned different mentors who help you to achieve your own personal goals for the year.
