The Role
A fantastic atmosphere which allows interns to move around and get insights into all areas of the business. A really strong intern community and support throughout the year to help you achieve your goals.
Ample opportunity for feedback and constructive criticism lets you know that the team and managers recognise your contribution to the business' success.
Frequent 1-2-1 meetings with my line manager, as well as the intern mentoring scheme provide plenty of ways to vent frustrations or ask for help on any work related issues you may have.
Although some days are very, very fast paced- overall the level of work was enough to keep the job interesting and engaging.
Treated with as much responsibility as any other contractor or FTE. You are not a second rate employee as an intern!
The work ethic and drive for results that are developed over the course of the placement are transferrable attributes that will really help manage work life balance in final year.
The Company
Hard work but a lot of fun too! You are given the flexibility to work in the style that suits you, provided you get the work done!
Loads of training to help you get up to speed and transition smoothly into the role- supported by additional development exercises spread over the placement.

Absolutely would love to come back- providing it was the right role!
The Culture
great- made some life long friendships by the end of the year
London is expensive! but well worth it for the great location there is always something to do in town!
Victoria itself not so great- but busses or the tube can get you to any of the hundreds of clubs super fast
101 and stretch projects give you a lot of scope to get involved in activities all across the country e.g. visiting schools, universities, games exhibitions and loads more.
