    • Loads of opportunities to get involved in extra activities

    • We were going through team re-org at the time so things were up and down in my department.

    • Managers were very busy with the re-org

    • My area of the business was editorial and worked in breaking news and we had to react in a timely manner. This is different to other microsoft departments
